The dog days of summer are upon us here in Texas and our pups are looking for some fun! Thankfully, we have a mountain of choices when it comes to great dog parks and cool places to take your dog in Dallas. Here are some of my favorite dog parks in Dallas offering doggie fun (and some human fun, too!)

Dallas

Mutts Canine Cantina

Mutts Cantina

Mutts offers the best of both worlds: a great bar and menu plus a safe place for your pups to play! They have several locations around Texas.

Know before you go:

  • Plenty of shade and space to run around
  • Dog park requires membership or day pass
  • Dog-friendly patio
  • Menu features dog-friendly snacks
  • Dog-friendly events like Dog Days of Summer and frequent live music

White Rock Lake Dog Park
8000 Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, 75218

Located next to White Rock Lake, White Rock Dog Park offers several size- and age-specific play areas for your pup. Our favorite part was the access to the lake. Our dogs had a blast!

Know before you go:

  • Small and large dog play area
  • Dog access to the lake
  • Free to the public

Richardson

Bush Central Barkway

The Colony
