If your sport or activity involves flipping or stunting, then you’re in the right place, whether you are a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer, urban gymnast, flair martial artist, fitness competitor, or an athlete wanting to learn a back flip to throw after the next big victory, with our staff’s background and experience, we can teach you how to safely progress your skills and goal(s). Besides providing excellent training to our customers, the Tumble & Stunt Institute is determined to provide an effective, safe and motivating experience in personal and team training. Our hope is that through the use of our facility and staff, the athlete’s enjoyment and appreciation for all levels of acrobatics will be enhanced.

Providing junior athletes in the 1st through 12th grades with a positive environment to train, learn and compete. Beldam Womancare provides reproductive health education and support to women and girls. We believe that giving girls a strong foundation in body literacy sets them up for success in all areas of life: when a woman loves and respects her body, she will not accept anything less than the respect of others. To provide the support and education necessary for radical self-confidence, we offer classes for girls and teens on understanding puberty and the menstrual cycle. Mothers or adult female relatives are encouraged to attend with their daughters to share their experiences and expand their own knowledge.

Fencing was one of the first sports to be recognized in modern Olympics. Fencing has been described as “chess with muscles,” suggesting that complicated strategy lies behind the thrusts and parries that punctuate a duel. Fencers of today employ a combination of archaic and modern customs; combatants still salute before a match and wear the traditional white uniforms and masks, but scoring is now determined by electronic padding worn by the combatants that registers when a hit takes place with flashing, color-coded lights.

Pro Spirit is recognized by its peers and professional organizations as one of the top competitive cheerleading programs in the United States. Pro Spirit is one of only thirteen teams in the world that have competed every year at the Cheerleading World Championships.
Jeff, Diana and the entire Pro Spirit staff work hard to produce winning, competitive cheerleading teams. But more important is the work they do to build the confidence and self-esteem in all of the young people that belong to those squads. Winning is important, but it is not everything. The Pro Spirit staff wants the each girl to feel good about themselves, the progress they’re making as their skills and abilities grow, and the teams that they’re a part of. Cheerleading, as in any team sport, can be and is an important piece in developing the character of the people who participate in it. The lessons learned in competitive cheerleading can make its participants winners for life.

The Children’s Ark is a ministry of Sent Church with the objective of providing safe, quality care and educational Christian services.
