Express Cheer offers tumbling classes for ages 3 and up. We also offer specialty classes for non-tumbling skills.

Our classes run 45-55 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday. Our student-to-instructor ratios are kept low to ensure properly focused instruction and safety.

At Dallas Swim Kids, we ensure your children start off learning fundamental swimming skills and advance into improving their stroke technique and breathing methods as they continue through our different class levels. The safety of your child is our top priority, which is why we keep a small class size of a three-to-one student-to-teacher ratio.  The Farmers Branch Youth Football and Cheer Association (FBYFCA) is an independent non-profit organization of parents and concerned citizens that has come together to provide a Football and Cheer experience for the youth of our community. All money goes to support team supplies and activities. This is a combined organization supporting BOTH Football and Cheer activities.

FBYFCA FootballTeams are organized with 5-6 year old’s playing flag football with 10 minute running clock quarters, and the coach on the field. 7-8 year old’s (Bantam) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters and the coach on the field. 9-10 year old’s (Juniors), and 11-12 year old’s (Seniors) that are not already playing in Jr. High Football) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters.

FBFYCA Cheerleaders are organized in teams with ages similar to the team they are to cheer for. As your Cheer Coach’s and Assistants we will strive to instill tradition, honor, commitment and pride in our teams and in each other. We will build a solid foundation based on trust and loyalty. We will work to be organized, consistent and supportive to make this an exemplary cheer program and a positive experience.

We schedule our regular season games with other community organizations located in the area and play in the Carrollton Youth Football League (CYFL).  

Beginner lessons are conducted by our Staff of NAA certified coaches.

We also offer more advanced lessons. These lessons are conducted by either Bob Romero or Michael Braden. Their lessons begin at $35.00 per hour and go up from there depending upon time & content.

Video taping your form and shot execution as well as computer analysis is also available using the Dartfish Software.

Carrollton Youth Football League(CYFL) is a non-profit organization delivering athletic programs for the children of our community and surrounding areas that develop teamwork, physical conditioning, goal setting, sportsmanship, self-esteem, competitive spirit, and other positive attributes to enable them to achieve greater gains in school, and in life. It is our hope that the volunteers involved with our organization set positive examples of how to give back to the community — and in doing so, set the stage for the children we serve to one day carry on the tradition of service through involvement with youth sports.

CYFL provides youth football, cheerleading & drill programs for ages 5-12. CYFL carries a proud 30-year history heading into our 2016 season. The program accommodated 400+ boys and 100+ girls spread across 21 teams in the 2015 season.

ATTACK! Basketball Academy is a year-round program for all boys & girls in Kindergarten through High School who like to play basketball. All levels of ability are welcome and it is never too late to learn!

Our strategy is to develop a total basketball program through team practice, fundamental skills training and league play all while providing more of a personalized experience for each player.

We are constantly looking for kids who have the drive and passion to improve their basketball skills to help take them to the next level. ATTACK! Basketball Academy gives kids a positive experience and a head start in basketball.

The Academy of Classical Karate is one of a kind! We produce outstanding Karate students and Karate Athletes by focusing on true character development.
