Instant Pot Cinnamon Spice Apple Butter
Instructions
  1. Quarter whole apples and place into a somewhat even layer in Instant Pot (leave seeds, core, stems, and skins on apples – this is where all the awesome pectin is that will help make your apple butter more jelly-like later on!) Place and lock Instant Pot lid and flip steam valve to sealed.””,””Cook on Steam setting for 10 minutes and then let steam naturally release for 30 minutes.””,””Open Instant Pot once steam has been released and float valve has dropped – stir apple butter thoroughly.””,””Put lid back on Instant Pot and cook again on Steam setting for 10 minutes and let steam naturally release for 30 minutes.””,””Strain apple butter through a large hole colander to separate the skins, seeds, and stems of the apples from the mash of the apple butter and liquid of cider.””,””Strain apple butter once again through a fine mesh colander to separate liquid from apple butter.””,””Store apple butter in a air tight container in refrigerator over night and enjoy!

  7. Strain apple butter once again through a fine mesh colander to separate liquid from apple butter.
  8. Store apple butter in a air tight container in refrigerator over night and enjoy!
