At Dallas Swim Kids, we ensure your children start off learning fundamental swimming skills and advance into improving their stroke technique and breathing methods as they continue through our different class levels. The safety of your child is our top priority, which is why we keep a small class size of a three-to-one student-to-teacher ratio. Not only does this keep everyone safe, it also allows for more individual attention to be given to each child, helping them improve personally. Our instructors are American Red Cross certified in CPR.

We are an indoor year round swimming and fitness center in Plano Texas. Specializing in infant to adult learn to swim program, water wellness-aerobics, therapy, rehab classes, swim programs for the special child, advanced level swim classes for swimmers interested in swim team or endurance swimming, triathlon training and Fun 2B Fit. Land classes include easy flow gentle yoga and Sit N Fit. In our retail store A & B Splash Shop, you will find suits for fitness and cruise, water wellness exercise equipment, swim toys, cover-ups, swim jackets and shoes for the pool. Lake Highlands Soccer Association serves as the “Home Association” for about 1,800 youth players in the neighborhoods of Dallas and Richardson school districts.

The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:

Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.

Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.

The Academy of Classical Karate is one of a kind! We produce outstanding Karate students and Karate Athletes by focusing on true character development. Prepare to learn about Courage, Courtesy, Integrity, Humility and Self Control as you become more confident, aware, healthy and physically capable of defending yourself if needed through the study of Karate.

Texas Elite Lacrosse presents the best players and coaches ever assembled in the Great State of Texas! Our combined boys and girls staff includes coaches and players from Duke, Syracuse, Hopkins, Ohio State, Rutgers, Layola, Notre Dame, Hofstra, Dartmouth, Fairfield, Northwestern, UMBC, Quinnipiac, Denver and more. Our camp will take your son’s or daughters lacrosse skills to the next level and is a great opportunity to meet new friends and have fun! Our staff will conduct individual position work and work on team concepts! All of our coaches are very experienced in working with players of all ages and all skill levels. We pride our selves in having the top coaches in each position, including goalies and face off!
