North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing the character of youth through quality performing arts education and family entertainment. NTPA’s vision is to light the passion of the performing arts for our youth, and ensure all youth have the opportunity for the profound experience of taking the stage and having their voices heard.
North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) was founded in 1991 as the Plano Children’s Theatre and is headquartered in Plano, Texas. Its founder, Sara Akers, is a treasured member of the team and today oversees NTPA’s community outreach and diversity-expansion efforts. NTPA offers classes, camps, and productions in Collin and Dallas Counties for young people ages five through 18, and adult programming through its NTPA Repertory Theatre.
Adventure awaits in the new Hawaiian Falls Island Explorer Camp. Enjoy character building games, activities, and a little Hawaiian flair. Journey as they explore some ancient Hawaiian folklore and discover the wonders of science, all in the safe Hawaiian Falls atmosphere. Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.

We are an indoor year round swimming and fitness center in Plano Texas. Specializing in infant to adult learn to swim program, water wellness-aerobics, therapy, rehab classes, swim programs for the special child, advanced level swim classes for swimmers interested in swim team or endurance swimming, triathlon training and Fun 2B Fit. At Dallas Swim Kids, we ensure your children start off learning fundamental swimming skills and advance into improving their stroke technique and breathing methods as they continue through our different class levels. The safety of your child is our top priority, which is why we keep a small class size of a three-to-one student-to-teacher ratio. Not only does this keep everyone safe, it also allows for more individual attention to be given to each child, helping them improve personally. Our instructors are American Red Cross certified in CPR.

Got spring fever? Break away at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science for two weeks of daily activities and “science on the spot” demos, a sleepover, Discovery Camps, a fossil-themed Discovery Days, 3D films, extended hours and more! From March 5-20 at select times, enjoy daily spring science crafts, bookworm readings, science trivia, slinky spring science, live “science on the spot” demos and drop-in activities involving making clouds, rainbows, egg dyeing, pinwheels/wind energy, marshmallows, mammoth/dinosaur toothpaste and mini kite flying, to name a few.
Grapevine Baseball Softball Association (GBSA) provides quality baseball and softball programs for boys and girls ages 3-18 in and around Grapevine, Texas.
Express Cheer offers tumbling classes for ages 3 and up. We also offer specialty classes for non-tumbling skills.
Whether you are beginner or very experienced, we have a class for you!
Our classes run 45-55 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday. Our student-to-instructor ratios are kept low to ensure properly focused instruction and safety.
Our staff members are highly trained and certified by the USASF.
