North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) was founded in 1991 as the Plano Children’s Theatre and is headquartered in Plano, Texas. NTPA offers classes, camps, and productions in Collin and Dallas Counties for young people ages five through 18, and adult programming through its NTPA Repertory Theatre.
Adventure awaits in the new Hawaiian Falls Island Explorer Camp. Enjoy character building games, activities, and a little Hawaiian flair. Journey as they explore some ancient Hawaiian folklore and discover the wonders of science, all in the safe Hawaiian Falls atmosphere. Neverending Field Trip aims to help kids become global citizens as they explore the world around them, near and far. We craft Field Guides to help young explorers on their own adventures and our monthly Field Notes is a children’s novel that autobiographically brings you along for a very real adventure that happened just last month.

Young basketball players of all skill levels learn the game from the best camp coaching staff in Texas. Our professional coaches are handpicked for their basketball knowledge and ability to work well with kids. All players learn the fundamentals of the game, and also learn to communicate with other teammates and coaches while learning sportsmanship and responsibility. Combining excellent coaching and a proven program focused on each camper, Dallas Mavericks Hoop Camp delivers valuable lessons and plenty of fun! In December 1998, the Crow Family opened the Trammell and Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art as a permanent Museum located on Flora Street in the Arts District. Mr. and Mrs. Crow opened the museum in an effort to share their love of Asian art and culture. Since it opened, the museum has reached hundreds of thousands of children and adults through its various exhibitions and programming. The Crow Collection is one of a handful of museums in America dedicated solely to the arts of Asia. Timeless pieces, including a magnificent Japanese rock crystal sphere, exquisite Qing dynasty jades and monumental Mughal-style architectural works are balanced alongside internationally recognized exhibitions, which fulfill the museum’s vision of bridging East and West.
