Coppell Baseball Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the administrative body for youth baseball between the ages of 5 to 16 in which players are grouped into leagues for the Coppell Independent School District. The individual age appropriate leagues are designed to provide organized baseball activities focusing on individual instruction and teamwork in a positive, constructive and fun environment. CBA believes that if you teach young people to play by the rules, they will learn to live by the rules.
The leagues are designed to help young people develop into better adults through participation in organized, supervised competitive athletics. Sportsmanship, teamwork, self reliance, and self-discipline are some of the positive characteristics that are learned, along with how to win and how to accept defeat, by participation in organized league play. The Association (known as CBA) offers a variety of programs for inexperienced players to seasoned veterans looking for a competitive environment.

MISSION STATEMENT
To offer the best gymnastics instruction possible to each child at their level.
At ASI, safety is our top priority. Every decision we make attempts to accentuate the physical, emotional and mental development of the athlete. We hope the gymnast has as much fun as possible while learning at the optimal level. We strive to challenge the gymnast as much as possible, while allowing the gymnast to continue to love the sport!
We believe that outstanding performance is achieved by the accumulation of skill and confidence in a progression. Gymnastics is the best sport in the world to teach this discipline, a quality that benefits a child in gymnastics and in life!
Our teaching priorities are safety, fun and skill acquisition.

Now they have that place, and the parents can even join them.”
In December 1998, the Crow Family opened the Trammell and Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art as a permanent Museum located on Flora Street in the Arts District. Mr. and Mrs. Crow opened the museum in an effort to share their love of Asian art and culture. Since it opened, the museum has reached hundreds of thousands of children and adults through its various exhibitions and programming. The Crow Collection is one of a handful of museums in America dedicated solely to the arts of Asia. Timeless pieces, including a magnificent Japanese rock crystal sphere, exquisite Qing dynasty jades and monumental Mughal-style architectural works are balanced alongside internationally recognized exhibitions, which fulfill the museum’s vision of bridging East and West.

A teen’s journey is full of unique challenges that trigger feelings of stress, insecurity, loneliness, and fear. While some girls handle these experiences with strength and resilience, others struggle.
Similarly, many parents of teens experience stress, worry, fear, and questions about how to guide their teen through this exciting, yet challenging stage. They may offer their daughter support and advice, but it can go unnoticed or be met with defiance and rejection.
I can help.
My personalized coaching programs support teens in building confidence, achieving goals, overcoming obstacles, and gaining a sense of purpose and direction.
My parent coaching programs provide a fresh perspective, new approaches, and practical solutions to the unique challenges that arise when parenting teens.
