The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:

Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.

Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.

Texas Elite Lacrosse presents the best players and coaches ever assembled in the Great State of Texas! Our combined boys and girls staff includes coaches and players from Duke, Syracuse, Hopkins, Ohio State, Rutgers, Layola, Notre Dame, Hofstra, Dartmouth, Fairfield, Northwestern, UMBC, Quinnipiac, Denver and more. The Gymnastics Place has been in business for over 25 years and has been under the current ownership of Billy Booth for the past 16 years. Billy has been actively involved in gymnastics for over 35 years. Before owning The Gymnastics Place, Billy coached state, regional, and national champion gymnasts. While under Billy’s directorship, 22 former team members received full gymnastics scholarships to Universities across the United States. Billy has also served as a member of the State USA Gymnastics Board for over 22 years. In 1998, Billy was elected as a Life Member in the Gymnastics Association of Texas for his service to children and coaches throughout the years.

Founded in 1983, the nationally acclaimed Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is committed to introducing, promoting and growing the game of golf to a diverse group of kids in North Texas and instilling in them the positive, character developing traits for which the game is so well known. Each year close to 10,000 children and their families are impacted by the game of golf through a full circle of programs and services which encompass introduction to the game, playing opportunities, college scholarships, elite competition, employment and philanthropy.

The Northern Texas PGA offers a Team Golf Developmental Program which allows junior golfers (ages 7 to 14) to participate in 9 hole tournaments using a team format. It is geared towards the beginning level golfer who has little or no tournament experience and utilizes a format that provides for a less stressful playing environment.
Team Golf is played using a “best-ball” format in which players are paired up with another member of their team. That pair then plays 9 holes using the best score of the 2 players on each hole. This best-ball format allows each player to have a fun competitive experience without the pressures that an individual tournament format can produce.

Our mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.

Introducing the Bridlewood Jr. Golf Academy, a junior golf program for boys and girls from ages 6 to 16. This multi‐level program offers instruction specific to the player’s ability from beginner to the elite junior. Students will be placed in practice groups with supervised activities based on their skill level.

Touchdown Kids is an innovative leader in youth football development for children ages 3-8. Our programs offer a SAFE non-contact, high-energy, fun introduction to the wonderful game of football. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
