Parish Save Our Summer (S.O.S.) is proud to present more than 70 distance learning options including fine arts, STEM, world language and fitness. Parents can choose from a menu of offerings of varied lengths in both the morning and afternoon. Structured, week-long sessions, where friends can learn, socialize, and create with our instructors, provide parents the opportunity to catch up on work or take a break. Many of our programs only require a laptop and a readiness to learn, while other camps come with a set of supplies for you to safely pick up before camp starts. Providing junior athletes in the 1st through 12th grades with a positive environment to train, learn and compete. LoneStar has training and competitive play for all junior athletes from new to the sport up to elite and club athletes. The Garland Volleyball Association exists to provide opportunities for children in Garland, Texas, and surrounding cities to learn and enjoy the game of volleyball. Recreational leagues, clinics, and skills camps are offered throughout the year. GVA activities promote the development of skills and the ideals of good sportsmanship. The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:
Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.
Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.

The Richardson Gymnastics center is equipped with the finest gymnastics equipment available in order to offer your child the safest program possible. The Gymnastics Place has been in business for over 25 years and has been under the current ownership of Billy Booth for the past 16 years. Billy has been actively involved in gymnastics for over 35 years. Before owning The Gymnastics Place, Billy coached state, regional, and national champion gymnasts. While under Billy’s directorship, 22 former team members received full gymnastics scholarships to Universities across the United States. Billy has also served as a member of the State USA Gymnastics Board for over 22 years. In 1998, Billy was elected as a Life Member in the Gymnastics Association of Texas for his service to children and coaches throughout the years.

The Farmers Branch Youth Football and Cheer Association (FBYFCA) is an independent non-profit organization of parents and concerned citizens that has come together to provide a Football and Cheer experience for the youth of our community. All money goes to support team supplies and activities. This is a combined organization supporting BOTH Football and Cheer activities.
FBYFCA FootballTeams are organized with 5-6 year old’s playing flag football with 10 minute running clock quarters, and the coach on the field. 7-8 year old’s (Bantam) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters and the coach on the field. 9-10 year old’s (Juniors), and 11-12 year old’s (Seniors) that are not already playing in Jr. High Football) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters.
FBFYCA Cheerleaders are organized in teams with ages similar to the team they are to cheer for. As your Cheer Coach’s and Assistants we will strive to instill tradition, honor, commitment and pride in our teams and in each other. We will build a solid foundation based on trust and loyalty. We will work to be organized, consistent and supportive to make this an exemplary cheer program and a positive experience.
We schedule our regular season games with other community organizations located in the area and play in the Carrollton Youth Football League (CYFL).

Located in the “Historic Silos” of Carrolloton and desiginated a historical landmark on May 21st, 2011. Used by climbers of all ages and abilities from scouts to world class climbers, no one in Dallas wanted to see the “Silos” closed.
“The North Texas OPC” as it is called includes indoor rock climbing, outfitting, rock climbing & wilderness trips, backpacking gear rentals, kayak rentals, instructional courses in both rock climbing & backpacking as well as a map room, book room and snack bar.
The North Texas Outdoor Pursuit Center will be housed in the newly historically renovated grain silos, the historical renovation includes new historically correct lighting through out circa. 1940, Architectural 1940’s barn/farmhouse features include corrugated metal, knotty pine flooring, front counter features, painting schemes, glass floor showcasing the original grain processing equipment as it sits today, lounge area showcasing the research document and photos used to get historical designation, remodeled restrooms circa. 1940 and much more.
You are welcome to bring your kids up to the Treefort during the week or on Sundays to play!
- We do not take reservations for the treefort
- No food or drink is allowed on the treefort
- Playtime in the treefort will not be supervised by a Watermark Staff Member or Volunteer. Adults will need to monitor children at all times.

CYFL provides youth football, cheerleading & drill programs for ages 5-12. CYFL carries a proud 30-year history heading into our 2016 season. The program accommodated 400+ boys and 100+ girls spread across 21 teams in the 2015 season.
