Pro Spirit is recognized by its peers and professional organizations as one of the top competitive cheerleading programs in the United States. Pro Spirit is one of only thirteen teams in the world that have competed every year at the Cheerleading World Championships.
Jeff, Diana and the entire Pro Spirit staff work hard to produce winning, competitive cheerleading teams. But more important is the work they do to build the confidence and self-esteem in all of the young people that belong to those squads. Winning is important, but it is not everything. The Pro Spirit staff wants the each girl to feel good about themselves, the progress they’re making as their skills and abilities grow, and the teams that they’re a part of. Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. Our program takes great pride in the relationships we build with both our players and parents, while pushing each athlete to their own potential and goals. As an organization, we believe that determination, commitment, hard work can bridge the gap between potential and true performance.
The coaching staff is assembled of committed and highly sophisticated coaches that have competed both at the collegiate and professional levels in which they provide instruction to players at all ages in a positive stimulating manner. Our philosophy helps to create an energetic and disciplined atmosphere, while encouraging respect, integrity, and personal growth. The TR Baseball Organization believes in pushing your teammates to be better, picking them up when they are down, and always believing in yourself. Character is revealed in times of adversity and baseball provides that adversity. It is our hope that our core values and principles will be internalized and will remain with each of our players throughout their life both on and off the field. On the baseball field, we teach confidence, a winning attitude, professionalism, managing failure, energy, and being a team player. Off the field, we stress the importance of academics, character, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
As an organization, TR Baseball seeks to compete against the best competition and work to achieve this by playing in the most competitive leagues, tournaments, and showcases. With the combination of committed players, a professional coaching staff, and an exceptional player to coach ratio, allows the organization to concentrate primarily on the developmental process of each individual player. TR Baseball creates an environment that entails a family atmosphere that provides an opportunity for players at all skill levels/age groups and believes that with the proper preparation, discipline, and self-confidence, will provide the best opportunity for our players to succeed. The players will learn to play the game the right way with a confident mental approach and sound fundamentals both offensively and defensively. In three years of existence, the coaching staff has proven their capability as TR Baseball, taking the DFW baseball community by storm by capturing eight championship titles along with throwing sixteen no hitters and two perfect games.
Trained professionals in a teaching environment with a curriculum that is the talk of the baseball & softball world. |
One simple statement, one powerful message. Yet, it has been the foundation upon which Frozen Ropes has grown into the most recognized name in baseball and softball instruction.
No other company has been able to influence how players are developed in both the amateur and professional market more than Frozen Ropes. Integrating the latest research in areas such as biomechanics, motor learning, sports psychology, visual training and strength and conditioning, the Frozen Ropes instructional model has challenged and changed the teaching methods now being used in the United States and abroad. Gather the best instructional information and present it to players with consistency and passion. With that directive, Tony Abbatine, the National Director of Instruction started the journey, believing that teaching was a skill that was never truly mastered and that athletic success went well beyond physical training. With more than 20 years in business, we have taken our game to the next level. With the help of our expanded sales and marketing team, the Frozen Ropes business model has given our locations the best of both worlds; top level instruction with an industry best business and operations model. |

Fencing was one of the first sports to be recognized in modern Olympics. Fencing has been described as “chess with muscles,” suggesting that complicated strategy lies behind the thrusts and parries that punctuate a duel. Fencers of today employ a combination of archaic and modern customs; combatants still salute before a match and wear the traditional white uniforms and masks, but scoring is now determined by electronic padding worn by the combatants that registers when a hit takes place with flashing, color-coded lights.
