Express Cheer offers tumbling classes for ages 3 and up. We also offer specialty classes for non-tumbling skills.

Whether you are beginner or very experienced, we have a class for you!

Our classes run 45-55 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday. Our student-to-instructor ratios are kept low to ensure properly focused instruction and safety.

Our staff members are highly trained and certified by the USASF.

We also offer private instruction by some the most respected and talented individuals in the industry.

House of Shine is a vibrant, interactive, self-discovery museum dedicated to the study of you. Our mission is to help people from 5 to 95 discover who they are and why their contribution to the world matters.  Museum admission is free and hours are: Tuesday-Friday from 10 am to 4 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Grapevine Baseball Softball Association (GBSA) provides quality baseball and softball programs for boys and girls ages 3-18 in and around Grapevine, Texas.

PBA, a non-profit organization, hosts both recreational and competitive baseball for youth in the Plano and the surrounding communities. Children, ages 3 -18 years play in league and tournaments throughout the spring and fall seasons. PBA aspires to offer every child wanting to learn baseball the opportunity to develop the mental and physical skills needed to play through camps, clinics and regular team practices. Physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship are all emphasized for healthy life skills.

PBA is not only dedicated to our players, but also to the development of each of its umpires, volunteer coaches and assistants through training classes, coaching clinics and support from our staff, league commissioners, and the Board of Directors. By utilizing Major League Baseball, the rules of our sanctioning body and local PBA rules, our coaches teach respect and integrity for the game of baseball.

All programs operated by PBA are open to all residents of Plano as well as any North Texas community regardless of race, age, socio-economic level, color, sex, national origin, religion, handicap status and geographic residency.

Throughout our lives, we work with others to achieve common goals. Physical fitness and health are important, but teamwork is a skill more valuable than tumbling or athletic ability. Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. We have collected more than enough trophies, banners, medals, rings, and jackets to fill our gyms, but we are most proud of the life lessons that we have given the athletes in our program.

We are an indoor year round swimming and fitness center in Plano Texas. Specializing in infant to adult learn to swim program, water wellness-aerobics, therapy, rehab classes, swim programs for the special child, advanced level swim classes for swimmers interested in swim team or endurance swimming, triathlon training and Fun 2B Fit. Land classes include easy flow gentle yoga and Sit N Fit. In our retail store A & B Splash Shop, you will find suits for fitness and cruise, water wellness exercise equipment, swim toys, cover-ups, swim jackets and shoes for the pool. Jay Rock’s Gym was created in 1998 and is still in its original location.  It was founded by Jay Rock, a former elite gymnast originally from Brooklyn, New York.  Jay Rock’s Gym was opened with the premise to have a friendly, open environment where children can learn and develop life lessons through tumbling and cheerleading.  Presently, Jay and his wife Kristen continue to coach and mentor children in the gym on a daily basis.

Beldam Womancare provides reproductive health education and support to women and girls. We believe that giving girls a strong foundation in body literacy sets them up for success in all areas of life: when a woman loves and respects her body, she will not accept anything less than the respect of others. To provide the support and education necessary for radical self-confidence, we offer classes for girls and teens on understanding puberty and the menstrual cycle. Mothers or adult female relatives are encouraged to attend with their daughters to share their experiences and expand their own knowledge.
