We are an indoor year round swimming and fitness center in Plano Texas. Throughout our lives, we work with others to achieve common goals. Physical fitness and health are important, but teamwork is a skill more valuable than tumbling or athletic ability. Our athletes have learned sportsmanship and learned to work toward shared goals. We have collected more than enough trophies, banners, medals, rings, and jackets to fill our gyms, but we are most proud of the life lessons that we have given the athletes in our program.

The Academy of Classical Karate is one of a kind! We produce outstanding Karate students and Karate Athletes by focusing on true character development. Prepare to learn about Courage, Courtesy, Integrity, Humility and Self Control as you become more confident, aware, healthy and physically capable of defending yourself if needed through the study of Karate.

The general public are invited to experience archery with us!… just walk-in during our posted public hours. Attend a Discover Archery class, get a range pass, book a lesson, enjoy our Learning Path archery classes or Bowhunting University, join a competitive target archery team.

Extra Innings is everything baseball and softball. You can use our batting cages or tunnels, receive professional instruction, or buy equipment at our nationally recognized Pro Shop. We also have video games and a great room to host a Birthday Party!

Our batting cages and Pro Shop are open to walk-in visits. However, Reservations are recommended for private lessons, clinics and use of the tunnels.

Extra Innings offers private (1 student) and group lessons (3 or more students) on the mechanics of pitching, hitting and fielding.

Welcome to the Tumble & Stunt Institute.  TSI is a small and personable gym focused solely on the individual.  If your sport or activity involves flipping or stunting, then you’re in the right place, whether you are a cheerleader, gymnast, dancer, urban gymnast, flair martial artist, fitness competitor, or an athlete wanting to learn a back flip to throw after the next big victory, with our staff’s background and experience, we can teach you how to safely progress your skills and goal(s).  Besides providing excellent training to our customers, the Tumble & Stunt Institute is determined to provide an effective, safe and motivating experience in personal and team training.  Our hope is that through the use of our facility and staff, the athlete’s enjoyment and appreciation for all levels of acrobatics will be enhanced.
