The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:
Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.
Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.
The Academy of Classical Karate is one of a kind! We produce outstanding Karate students and Karate Athletes by focusing on true character development. Prepare to learn about Courage, Courtesy, Integrity, Humility and Self Control as you become more confident, aware, healthy and physically capable of defending yourself if needed through the study of Karate.
Texas Elite Lacrosse presents the best players and coaches ever assembled in the Great State of Texas! Our combined boys and girls staff includes coaches and players from Duke, Syracuse, Hopkins, Ohio State, Rutgers, Layola, Notre Dame, Hofstra, Dartmouth, Fairfield, Northwestern, UMBC, Quinnipiac, Denver and more. Our camp will take your son’s or daughters lacrosse skills to the next level and is a great opportunity to meet new friends and have fun! The Richardson Gymnastics center is equipped with the finest gymnastics equipment available in order to offer your child the safest program possible. Recessed trampolines, training pits, and equipment scaled to meet all ages and levels, ensure that the proper skill progressions can be taught, fears are reduced, and a safe environment provided.
The Gymnastics Place has been in business for over 25 years and has been under the current ownership of Billy Booth for the past 16 years. Billy has been actively involved in gymnastics for over 35 years. Before owning The Gymnastics Place, Billy coached state, regional, and national champion gymnasts. While under Billy’s directorship, 22 former team members received full gymnastics scholarships to Universities across the United States. Billy has also served as a member of the State USA Gymnastics Board for over 22 years. In 1998, Billy was elected as a Life Member in the Gymnastics Association of Texas for his service to children and coaches throughout the years.

Founded in 1983, the nationally acclaimed Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is committed to introducing, promoting and growing the game of golf to a diverse group of kids in North Texas and instilling in them the positive, character developing traits for which the game is so well known. Each year close to 10,000 children and their families are impacted by the game of golf through a full circle of programs and services which encompass introduction to the game, playing opportunities, college scholarships, elite competition, employment and philanthropy.
The Northern Texas PGA offers a Team Golf Developmental Program which allows junior golfers (ages 7 to 14) to participate in 9 hole tournaments using a team format. It is geared towards the beginning level golfer who has little or no tournament experience and utilizes a format that provides for a less stressful playing environment.
Team Golf is played using a “best-ball” format in which players are paired up with another member of their team. That pair then plays 9 holes using the best score of the 2 players on each hole. This best-ball format allows each player to have a fun competitive experience without the pressures that an individual tournament format can produce.

Introducing the Bridlewood Jr. Golf Academy, a junior golf program for boys and girls from ages 6 to 16. This multi‐level program offers instruction specific to the player’s ability from beginner to the elite junior. Students will be placed in practice groups with supervised activities based on their skill level.
Touchdown Kids is an innovative leader in youth football development for children ages 3-8. Our programs offer a SAFE non-contact, high-energy, fun introduction to the wonderful game of football. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
Our goal is to provide a competitive youth tackle football league which emphasizes good sportsmanship, integrity and opportunity. These elements will not only help shape your son as a football player and athlete, but also as a young man.
We want to provide freedom and flexibility to our league coaches by providing them the opportunity to cultivate and build their rosters from season to season. We provide our players and families the opportunity to develop tenure with a single team, eliminating the need to start over each season with a new team. The development of all our players both on and off the field is our first priority.

The Children’s Ark is a ministry of Sent Church with the objective of providing safe, quality care and educational Christian services. Located in the “Historic Silos” of Carrolloton and desiginated a historical landmark on May 21st, 2011. Used by climbers of all ages and abilities from scouts to world class climbers, no one in Dallas wanted to see the “Silos” closed.
“The North Texas OPC” as it is called includes indoor rock climbing, outfitting, rock climbing & wilderness trips, backpacking gear rentals, kayak rentals, instructional courses in both rock climbing & backpacking as well as a map room, book room and snack bar.
The North Texas Outdoor Pursuit Center will be housed in the newly historically renovated grain silos, the historical renovation includes new historically correct lighting through out circa. 1940, Architectural 1940’s barn/farmhouse features include corrugated metal, knotty pine flooring, front counter features, painting schemes, glass floor showcasing the original grain processing equipment as it sits today, lounge area showcasing the research document and photos used to get historical designation, remodeled restrooms circa. 1940 and much more.
We are a makers workshop space and music lesson studio offering classes in various creative arts, private lessons in piano, voice, guitar, and violin, as well as group classes for beginners of all ages. We offer fencing programs for recreational to competitive fencers as well as fencing camps for the beginner and advanced student. Our programs are specially designed by world-class coaches. Fencing was one of the first sports to be recognized in modern Olympics. Fencing has been described as “chess with muscles,” suggesting that complicated strategy lies behind the thrusts and parries that punctuate a duel. Fencers of today employ a combination of archaic and modern customs; combatants still salute before a match and wear the traditional white uniforms and masks, but scoring is now determined by electronic padding worn by the combatants that registers when a hit takes place with flashing, color-coded lights.

The Farmers Branch Youth Football and Cheer Association (FBYFCA) is an independent non-profit organization of parents and concerned citizens that has come together to provide a Football and Cheer experience for the youth of our community. All money goes to support team supplies and activities. This is a combined organization supporting BOTH Football and Cheer activities.
FBYFCA FootballTeams are organized with 5-6 year old’s playing flag football with 10 minute running clock quarters, and the coach on the field. 7-8 year old’s (Bantam) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters and the coach on the field. 9-10 year old’s (Juniors), and 11-12 year old’s (Seniors) that are not already playing in Jr. High Football) play tackle football, with 10 minute quarters.
FBFYCA Cheerleaders are organized in teams with ages similar to the team they are to cheer for. As your Cheer Coach’s and Assistants we will strive to instill tradition, honor, commitment and pride in our teams and in each other. We will build a solid foundation based on trust and loyalty. We will work to be organized, consistent and supportive to make this an exemplary cheer program and a positive experience.
We schedule our regular season games with other community organizations located in the area and play in the Carrollton Youth Football League (CYFL).

North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization dedicated to developing the character of youth through quality performing arts education and family entertainment. NTPA’s vision is to light the passion of the performing arts for our youth, and ensure all youth have the opportunity for the profound experience of taking the stage and having their voices heard.
North Texas Performing Arts (NTPA) was founded in 1991 as the Plano Children’s Theatre and is headquartered in Plano, Texas. Its founder, Sara Akers, is a treasured member of the team and today oversees NTPA’s community outreach and diversity-expansion efforts. NTPA offers classes, camps, and productions in Collin and Dallas Counties for young people ages five through 18, and adult programming through its NTPA Repertory Theatre.
