The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:
Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.
Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.
The Academy of Classical Karate is one of a kind! We produce outstanding Karate students and Karate Athletes by focusing on true character development. Prepare to learn about Courage, Courtesy, Integrity, Humility and Self Control as you become more confident, aware, healthy and physically capable of defending yourself if needed through the study of Karate.
Texas Elite Lacrosse presents the best players and coaches ever assembled in the Great State of Texas! Our combined boys and girls staff includes coaches and players from Duke, Syracuse, Hopkins, Ohio State, Rutgers, Layola, Notre Dame, Hofstra, Dartmouth, Fairfield, Northwestern, UMBC, Quinnipiac, Denver and more. Our camp will take your son’s or daughters lacrosse skills to the next level and is a great opportunity to meet new friends and have fun! Our staff will conduct individual position work and work on team concepts! All of our coaches are very experienced in working with players of all ages and all skill levels. The Richardson Gymnastics center is equipped with the finest gymnastics equipment available in order to offer your child the safest program possible. Recessed trampolines, training pits, and equipment scaled to meet all ages and levels, ensure that the proper skill progressions can be taught, fears are reduced, and a safe environment provided.
The Gymnastics Place has been in business for over 25 years and has been under the current ownership of Billy Booth for the past 16 years. Billy has been actively involved in gymnastics for over 35 years. Before owning The Gymnastics Place, Billy coached state, regional, and national champion gymnasts. While under Billy’s directorship, 22 former team members received full gymnastics scholarships to Universities across the United States. Billy has also served as a member of the State USA Gymnastics Board for over 22 years. In 1998, Billy was elected as a Life Member in the Gymnastics Association of Texas for his service to children and coaches throughout the years.

Founded in 1983, the nationally acclaimed Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is committed to introducing, promoting and growing the game of golf to a diverse group of kids in North Texas and instilling in them the positive, character developing traits for which the game is so well known. Each year close to 10,000 children and their families are impacted by the game of golf through a full circle of programs and services which encompass introduction to the game, playing opportunities, college scholarships, elite competition, employment and philanthropy.
The Northern Texas PGA offers a Team Golf Developmental Program which allows junior golfers (ages 7 to 14) to participate in 9 hole tournaments using a team format. It is geared towards the beginning level golfer who has little or no tournament experience and utilizes a format that provides for a less stressful playing environment.
Team Golf is played using a “best-ball” format in which players are paired up with another member of their team. That pair then plays 9 holes using the best score of the 2 players on each hole. This best-ball format allows each player to have a fun competitive experience without the pressures that an individual tournament format can produce.
Our mission is to impact the lives of young people by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf.
Introducing the Bridlewood Jr. Golf Academy, a junior golf program for boys and girls from ages 6 to 16. This multi‐level program offers instruction specific to the player’s ability from beginner to the elite junior. Students will be placed in practice groups with supervised activities based on their skill level.
Touchdown Kids is an innovative leader in youth football development for children ages 3-8. Our programs offer a SAFE non-contact, high-energy, fun introduction to the wonderful game of football. Our goal is simple: to leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
Our goal is to provide a competitive youth tackle football league which emphasizes good sportsmanship, integrity and opportunity. These elements will not only help shape your son as a football player and athlete, but also as a young man.
We want to provide freedom and flexibility to our league coaches by providing them the opportunity to cultivate and build their rosters from season to season. We provide our players and families the opportunity to develop tenure with a single team, eliminating the need to start over each season with a new team. The development of all our players both on and off the field is our first priority.

Beginner lessons are conducted by our Staff of NAA certified coaches.
We also offer more advanced lessons. These lessons are conducted by either Bob Romero or Michael Braden. Their lessons begin at $35.00 per hour and go up from there depending upon time & content.
Video taping your form and shot execution as well as computer analysis is also available using the Dartfish Software.
At Dallas Swim Kids, we ensure your children start off learning fundamental swimming skills and advance into improving their stroke technique and breathing methods as they continue through our different class levels. The safety of your child is our top priority, which is why we keep a small class size of a three-to-one student-to-teacher ratio. Not only does this keep everyone safe, it also allows for more individual attention to be given to each child, helping them improve personally. Our instructors are American Red Cross certified in CPR.

Fairhill School provides a safe and nurturing learning environment for students with learning differences. Since 1971, Fairhill’s primary purpose is to provide a superior education for students of average and above intelligence who have been diagnosed with a learning difference such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyscalculia, Auditory Processing Disorder, or Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder.
Established in 2012 by former Colorado Rockies pitcher Ricky Testa, the TR Baseball Organization is a nonprofit select baseball program based out of Dallas, TX. The foundation of the TR Baseball Organization is based on an intent of the growth of each player, taking a passionate approach to the game of baseball while promoting both core values, as well as advanced training methods, at an affordable service to the public. TR Baseball sets forth the highest of standards for all of our coaches, players, and families, which allows the organization to base our success not only on winning, but the overall player development of each individual. Our program takes great pride in the relationships we build with both our players and parents, while pushing each athlete to their own potential and goals. Parish Save Our Summer (S.O.S.) is proud to present more than 70 distance learning options including fine arts, STEM, world language and fitness. Parents can choose from a menu of offerings of varied lengths in both the morning and afternoon. Themed art camps for ages 5 – 13. Each camp includes clay, sculptures, painting and drawing. One-week (Monday thru Friday) session, weekdays morning (9am to 12 noon) or afternoon (1pm- 4pm).
Until this year, the White Rock Market was held every other Saturday at Green Spot. But this year, we have made a change: Our Lakeside Market and White Rock have now combined. in 2016, the Lakeside Market will now be every Saturday at Lakeside Baptist Church – just a mile from the former Green Spot location – from March to December.
Close to the Arboretum, Little Forest Hills and Casa Linda, Lakeside Market has trail-blazed the revitalization of Garland Rd. It’s a neighborhood destination for local produce, artisan foods and crafts, and community. We look forward to seeing everyone there every week!
