The Taekwondo America junior program teaches self-confidence, focus, self-discipline, courtesy and teamwork in a fun environment. During a typical class students may participate in a variety of activities such as:
Working with an instructor to learn or improve their Form, Practicing sparring or One-Step skills, Working with a partner on target drills to learn to punch and kick more effectively, participating in a relay race learning about bullies or Stranger Danger, Jumping rope, Practicing kick combination using the rail for support, and other fun cardio, strength and agility drills.
Adult and Teen classes provide an excellent strength training and aerobic workout for wide range of ages and abilities. Activities are designed to allow you to work out at your pace and level as strength, flexibility and endurance improve. In addition to learning your current belt level Form, practicing sparring or One-Steps and learning how to defend yourself, you might use targets, slammers, pushups, sit ups and the rail in a variety of fun and challenging activities to increase flexibility and improve muscle strength.
Texas Elite Lacrosse presents the best players and coaches ever assembled in the Great State of Texas! Our combined boys and girls staff includes coaches and players from Duke, Syracuse, Hopkins, Ohio State, Rutgers, Layola, Notre Dame, Hofstra, Dartmouth, Fairfield, Northwestern, UMBC, Quinnipiac, Denver and more. Our camp will take your son’s or daughters lacrosse skills to the next level and is a great opportunity to meet new friends and have fun! At ASI, safety is our top priority. Every decision we make attempts to accentuate the physical, emotional and mental development of the athlete. We hope the gymnast has as much fun as possible while learning at the optimal level. We strive to challenge the gymnast as much as possible, while allowing the gymnast to continue to love the sport!
We believe that outstanding performance is achieved by the accumulation of skill and confidence in a progression. Gymnastics is the best sport in the world to teach this discipline, a quality that benefits a child in gymnastics and in life!
Our teaching priorities are safety, fun and skill acquisition.
Beginner lessons are conducted by our Staff of NAA certified coaches.
We also offer more advanced lessons. These lessons are conducted by either Bob Romero or Michael Braden. Their lessons begin at $35.00 per hour and go up from there depending upon time & content.
Video taping your form and shot execution as well as computer analysis is also available using the Dartfish Software.

Matt Sturgis was a competitive cheerleader, college cheerleader, a member of American Cheerleaders Association Staff where he traveled teaching summer camps and was awarded Rookie of the Year in 1999. He has taught tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool gymnastics for fourteen years. Matt is USASF, USAG, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
Le’Son Ivory is a former All-star, college, and professional cheerleader and in those years of cheer, was selected to perform in the opening ceremonies of the 1996 Olympics, as well as winning All-American cheerleader for UCA and COA 3 consecutive years. Coach Lee is a former head instructor for Americheer and NCA. He is a national title winning coach and choreographer. Lee is USASF, First Aid, and CPR Certified.
